Behave like a functional adult.

If Heupel hasn't improved this program in 3 years, then you have every right to complain or act like a baby or whatever. He will improve this program.

That was for 3 coaches ago. They needed to turn over every stone. White said he would and brought the pebble out of his shoe. No need to hire a search firm or use separate planes. Discusting nepotism.

Did you see the AD search all over media? It wasn't a spectacle like the last hirings and firings. It was done fast and efficiently. Everyone, including the media, was flatfooted when Danny was announced as our AD but as for Heupel, we all knew this was a possibility if we couldn't haul in the big names that fit. Again, the HC search wasn't a spectacle it was conducted fast and with purpose. Heupel doesn't bring drama questionability of that like Freeze or Kiffin. Heupel is coming up from a Coordinator position and has coached in the Group of 5 and he brings an offensive mind, something UT has missed. Not saying the coaching hire is a home run but it was conducted professionally. UT fans need some perspective and take into account the $h*t show JP left us with the NCAA.
