Texas escaped death. Nebraska should have won that in the second to last drive. That was just a silly fumble.

it's rediculous how close we came to seeing a day where Texas, Notre Dame and Cal all lost..that would've been so sweet, but like these guys on ESPN were just saying, the Irish may be 6 and 1, but they get no jack for style points...I hope to see us perhaps move up a notch or two in the new BCS, but who knows?

Agreed. Texas got really lucky on that play. The thing is, Texas controlled that game and should have won going away. We actually had a 39 yard field goal attempt - WITH THE WIND - land in the end zone. I guess that's why we play 4 qtrs.
