As much as I'm supposed to not like him because he played for the bad guys..........Tim Tebow gave a great prayer yesterday at the game. All credit to God and Christ and his rescue mission for man kind. I was impressed to be honest. (But on that front, Danny Wuerffel was one of my favorite athletes because of his faith also.....guess, I'll give them a smile and a nod on the streets of gold one day.......wearing my Tennessee gear of course though)

Isn’t it interesting that people like other people that share their same religious and political beliefs.

I'm not sure his political beliefs.........but I do like that he's not afraid to share the gospel (translated: the good news), so yes, I guess I do like him because he likes the same things I do.

I like most everyone here, and our common bond is the love for the Vols. So i guess it translates across most planes of life.

I think that a lot of us can respect an honest and strong faith, whether it is or isn't the one that we have. Especially if it includes love and respect for our fellow men.

I would add them to my prayer list and ask God to have mercy.
Just an fyi, many atheists (who turned away from religion for their own reasons) consider being told that “I’ll pray for you” to be insulting. Since they don’t believe in prayer, they don’t want your prayers. I’m just sayin…

And nobody cares about overly sensitive people anymore. We're moving past all that crap in 25.
