He will get just about anyone he wants that is interested in coming here. Gruden will bring BIG time assistants with him. I'd imagine we'd be on a top 3 QB every year just because of Gruden. Top 5 classes year in and year out.

Dude Gruden will be a lights out recruiter. A super bowl winning coach, a Guy who when you see him you instantly know, its chucky.. the face of Monday night football. It goes on and on but I assure you recruiting wouldn't be an issue.

The best season potential recruits remember us having was in 2007, and that wasn't exactly a dominant year. Add in that they were like 12 years old back then, a lot of young kids aren't aware of Tennessee's history of winning.
