Hell, I already have that power. They are the drunk ones.

But on topic, I would want to be able to stop time or travel through time. I could then correct things that went really wrong, (possibly screwing it up for the future) or prevent things from happening that would cause great harm. Of course the natural disaster would be out of my control, but the human kind I could fix.
