I would stop being a Vols fan. Seriously though, I would love it. I would be one of the biggest Tebow homers in the world.

Stop trolling. You're obviously using this ridiculous word on purpose, repeatedly, to goad us into cheap spelling and grammar flames. You're preying on our superior University of Tennessee educations, and expecting that to bring out the worst snobbery in us. If you want us to dump on you, at least be honest and bring some inflammatory football content.

Yeah, i thought you were for real though when I first signed up somebody told me if you wrote incorrect grammar people would make fun of you.

I don't think that most posters on this site flame others for grammar and spelling specifically as much as they do for being just basically, well, idiots. Terrible grammar and/or spelling does seem to walk hand in hand with idiocy a lot of times, of course, but it's not the same thing; There are a number of highly worthwhile posters on this board whose grammar is terrible -- I will not name names -- and yet the fact that they're still making good points and saying intelligent things still shines through the mangled language and grotesquely misspelled words. I don't think anybody craps on them for repeatedly screwing up their subject-verb agreement, for example.

But what happens is that a whole lot of incoherent posters pass through the board who don't have anything interesting to say AND who also can't use the language -- and then it's really easy for regular posters to take shots at those guys at their grammar. Bad grammar and spelling is easier to make fun of than laboriously deconstructing the totality of someone's idiocy.

Tebow is a great but I am so tired of hearing about how great he is. Thats all you hear from ESPN. If he was a VOL you probably would not hear as much about it. I am not just saying that cause I think ESPN is out to get Tenn. I think thats the truth.

Tebow is so great i would love to see him beheaded in knoxville, when he runs up the middle for his patented four yard gain.

Weird question. This is type of question asked at this and probably your own board only to incite conflict among members.

The same. The man is a very, very talented football player, and I'd love to have him suiting up for the Cats.
