I start having the team practice that line shuffle immediately this week and I use it every week for the rest of the year...
I'm not familiar enough with the rules of the college game, but in the NFL you can be flagged an unsportsmanlike penalty for any variation of "simulating the snap", "mimicking cadence" or "disconerting signals"... Those are real things, and what Georgia is doing by barking out stuff and the entire line simultaneously moving is clearly an exploitation of that at the college level...
The only way to get it addressed by the SEC or NCAA is to make it widespread... This should become a part of the practice as soon as humanly possible...
