There are going to be plenty of talent in state for him to do so now I know we can't sign them all but there is no reason not to give each and everyone a fair look.

1. Jalen Hurd
2. Todd Kelly JR.
3. Josh Malone
4. Rashaan Gaulden
5. Vic Warthon (committed boom)
6. Petera Wilson

I don't know where these other guys fall in at, I'll let you all debate, but here is a list of some other guys we could get

QB-Luke Ward
WR-Kenton Baker (check spelling please)
OL-Paul Adams
OL-Xavier Forest
OL-Akeem Cooperwood
DT-Charles Mosley (rivals has listed as DT)
K- Aaron Neadly ( I hope I got the name right please correct if not but I'm sure you know who I am talking about)
DE- Jacob Wright ( saw a thread on him earlier in the year but not heard nothing on him recently)

Then you through in some vol legacies like Neiko Creamer, Dillon Bates, The Berry Twins, and Dominique Booth.

That is 18 guys and don't have to go to far from the state or from Vol Legacies to fill out the rest of the class. Plenty of talent to choose from not to far away.

Build that fence Butch not only in state but around our Vol Legacies as well. GO VOLS:rock:

Also maybe if we can get in on guys like Darius West from Ohio, and also guys like Kendal Baker and Myles Autry and Kevin Mohoun from the Atlanta area. that is 23 guys and Butch shouldn't even have to go more than eight hours on most of them. Plus never know which guys locally will emerge late either

I want to see that fence built, also, but I don't want to see us reach on kids that aren't talented enough just because they're in-state kids. There is a medium in there somewhere between the two, and I hope CBJ can find that medium.

I agree but we can't not give guys a look and then they sign with Bama or Ole Miss without out even evaluating them like with Dooley in the past.

It is good to be able to recruit strong in state. However, in order to be a national champ contender, we must be able to recruit anywhere. National swagger!!!

I try To keep up with the in-state talent especially in East Tennessee but I don't recognize some of these people. Do you know where they're from what city & school they attend? Also don't forget Alex Bars from Nashville MBA.

I know
Hurd is from Beech. Kelly from Webb.Wharton Independence. Cooperwood-Fulton. Wright Signal Mountain. Medley Marshall County. Adams CPA
How about the others? Thx

presumably, he was serious about building the best staff in the country too.

Who did you want? It's a damn good staff, not perfect but not sure who was available that could have made it better. I would have liked to have seen a different DC and maybe a better recruiter in Azzanni's spot but overall I'm very happy with the staff. If you take everything that is said that literal you must have a whale of a time with the Bible. The "best staff in America" is so subjective who's to say we don't have? Only time will answer how good this staff is. Who has the best staff in America? It's impossible to answer.

Thanks!
TN has some really good players coming up.
I think we are having many more legit D1 players than in the past. The Vols need to hang onto them!!!
