and again, the basketball job is much more attractive now than the football job was last year, for multiple reasons

The football hire was different because of the timing of Kiffin's departure, having said that I do not think we can get a " high profile name" assuming we get hit with anything more than a slap on the wrist.

Most likely not, because we will probably loose our top two players and maybe more. On top of that we may not get the two signees we had. They will probably ask for a release and if not granted sit out a year. On top of that likely loss of schollys. All you have left after that is better facilities and proof you can win here.

If is gone we skip most or all of the sanctions. Losing players isn't going to change anyone's mind, that stuff happens. The timing isn't nearly as bad as with the football job
