P4 with their own league
G5 with their own league
FCS with their own league
Etc

Give schools the option to level up or down, same as is done now.

Leagues have their own championship playoff, which FCS has had for decades with no issue.

Teams don't play anyone outside of their leagues.

If you transfer within your own league, you sit out a year with the exception of medical, family hardship. NCAA and schools must have a result/decision within 30 days. Coaches must be held accountable same as players somehow, someway.

If players are only interested in NIL/NFL, no scholarship.

Flame Away.

The transfer rules are illegal per the courts. A complete non starter that won't happen without court intervention.

The other issue is a school moving up or down needs a conference. Let's say a great G5 team in the SEC territory goes on a big run and "deserves" to move into P4. Do we want them? More importantly, do we want to be forced to take them and, assuming to prevent chaos, drop someone else.

I like the idea but it's too much of a business at the P4 level to not carefully pick who you split several million dollars with.
