dreaming about what D-Mac & Jones are going to do to us. We have yet to stop an opponent's best player this year. Actually, after they play us they show up on the Heisman Ballot. Jackson, Harvin, McKinnley, Boyd, Wilson, Tebow, Caldewll, Hall, etc all looked like they belonged on the Patriots after shredding our defense. Is there any hope that we can stop the run this weekend? was the So Car game kind of a perfect storm type thing for the Hogs? Truth be told it wouldnt suprise me if Dick made the Unitas award watch list after they play us.

I love Foster but theres no way he outgains McFadden. McFadden could outrun Foster running bacwards.

We'll need to put the hammer to him like we did Bo in..what year was it...85?

This will be a high scoring affair. I think we must put 8 in the box and Chavis has to call a lot of run blitzes. We have to keep them on their toes. This is one thing weve not done all year and that is not mixing things up. We just stay in the same defense, we have to be aggressive to win.

I work with a bunch of Pig fans, and they came in this morning talking so much trash. Grrr.
I hope our Coaching staff puts their heads together and figures something out to stop these guys unlike last year.

McFadden and Jones are averaging ~85% of the hogs offense. True, they are great players but if Chavis cannot put a package in place to cut their numbers for our game by at LEAST half, he is a serious failure at his job. Both should be put on their arse each and every play with or without the ball.

Stopping them is more about players than packages.

If we hold them to around the 285 they got last year then we'll win. If they get near the 530+ or whatever they put on South Carolina, then we'll lose by 2tds or more.

no.. you're a real tennessee fan and evidently i'm not. I have never woken up in a cold sweat from anything having to do with any of my favorite sports teams. I had sleepless nights when i played, but when i hit the pillow these days, i'm out like a light.
