crompton cant throw even when he has no pressure and foster would rather tip toe out of bounds instead of get hit also while throwing the ball away against penn. st. and now ucla . at least hardesty runs the damn ball .. i'm not going to blame this game on lincoln at all.. how do you have 4 int's and not win the game pathetic

Once again our defense let us down and Foster fumbled near the goal line. He is NOT all that.

Sadder still is that Fulmer has taken a bright young offensive coordinator and forced him to play Fulmer ball.

I'm over Fulmer. I'm tired of mediocrity. We need fresh blood. I wouldn't mind seeing Chavis go, either. As sure as the defense needs a stop, Chavis drops back into a soft zone and gives the game away. Quote from Mike Patrick: "The defense is playing so far back and I just don't understand."

Why does Fulmer keep getting contract extensions and raises? What was Mike Hamilton thinking? How many millions has the program missed out on because we haven't been to a BCS bowl since the days of leather helmets? How long must we suffer while a once-proud program wallows in ineptitude?

:banghead2:somebody may have already posted something similar but i have to sound off.our guys were not outplayed they were out coached.if this is how clawson calls plays this is redicoulus we could have run the ball all night and they could have never stopped us.our defense was awesome so norm chow played his strength and beat us.fulmer needs to rethink letting our rookie coordinator call the game.

and the same with our LB"S

if our DB's and LB's are so F"N athletic, then why da hell dont we pressure em tight..
it doesnt make any sense.. UT is the only football team ive seen that does that..
its driving me crazy OMG

hell our defense had 4 ints and didnt give up VERY many points.. our offense is pathetic and needs to help keep our defense off the field for some breath.. crompton is pathetic.. foster needs to go away

On a Primetime stage no less. Way to represent the SEC guys. We will be lucky to win more than 4 games in the SEC.

I feel bad for Clawson. He probably did not know the trainwreck he was walking into known as a Fulmer ruun program.

Def I agree. I like foster but dang you can't fumble period!!! We should have also put that we have a qb and a kicker for sale!! I have heard more talk about how good crompton is and a player come out and look like he never touched a football before!! Someone check his cup!!! There is probably nothing there!!

where was the "getting the ball to our playmakers in space" routine I heard all summer long? looked like the same ole crap i've been watching. florida, georgia and auburn are going to have a field day against this pathetic excuse for a football team and coaching staff.

no arguments on firing Chavis, and include Slade with him as well. All that talent in the secondary and they marched right down the field through the air. I saw the late TD coming when we scored to go ahead.

Foster had a great game, minus the fumble, and he did sit on the bench for a few series afterwards.

Poor Special teams to start, almost muffed a punt
Foster Fumbles inside the 10

Then UCLA dinks and dunks down the field for a score
(you knew he wasn't throwing long after 4 int in the first half)


We miss another FG, at this point he hasn't hit any that are on line

Our defense continues to play soft, and were eat up again with short throws (is the defensive secondary not a strength) then play like it


Finally we put a drive together in desperation to go to OT

On fourth and 2, with a poor angle we should have gone for it, instead lincoln misses left


I'm most disappointed in our Offense, and Clawson

Let Crompton move around a little, the 2 defensive tackles ate us up in the second half, and we continued with 3 and 5 step drops..

It was sad...
