Clearly I am being an optimist but 9 games on the schedule are winnable IMO

Is that unreasonable?

Who expects less or more?

My 7 wins are W Kentucky, UCLA, Ohio, S Carolina, Memphis, Vandy and Kentucky simply because I think we have better athletes. USCe will be the hardest game in that bunch and their QB situation is as bad as UT's right now

My 2 winnable games are Georgia and Auburn

My 3 losers are Miss, Bama and Florida

Seems very possible, but who knows. It's gonna be exciting every week though, I know that.

with better special teams and just "a little" offense we could have possibly beaten bama and florida this past year so those should be "toss-ups" imo

We'll beat Ole Miss, but we'll probably lose one of the others which we should win on paper. I think we should have 8 or 9 wins next season.

I almost agree but I'm thinking 8 wins. I think we only beat 1 out of GA, AUB, Miss, Bama, FLA (but I hope I'm wrong!). I just think that CLK has his work cut out for him and it may take a little longer to turn it around against the main rivals.

Georgia is beatable. Utah showed Bama is beatable. You have to do to them what they like to do to others. Jump on them early and make them point fingers.... Of course that was UT's MO last year too. Jump on them early and watch them self destruct.

Ga., Al, MS., FL. most likely will be loses. Though every game could be a win any given Saturday.I'm very confident when it comes to the rest of the schedule.I feel a 8 win season is a sure thing. GO BIG ORANGE !!!!!

Nine wins is possible, but my expectations - more importantly than in terms of wins - are to see a motivated, disciplined, tough football team go out there and fight like hell in every game we play. Do that, and many wins will come.

I just hope we are competitive on both sides of the ball and are in every game. Our time is coming.

If we loose to Miss next season, I think we're in a lot of trouble. The Auburn game is a toss up. UGA will be breaking in a new QB with no sec or road experience so that game could go either way, especially because they've had problems with Defense. Bamma may have a tad more talent than we do. And Florida... Forget about it. As much as I hate to say this, I just don't see us going in to the swamp and winning.

My hopes are for an 8 win season. Which would be remarkable by this seasons standards... Plus it would mean we played lights out at home and made Neyland our house again.

Not sure how we can say UCLA and AU are sure wins.

No chance against UF.

UGA lost Stafford and Moreno, but have Caleb King and several non-John Crompton QB's.

8 wins max IMO, which is fine, as long as we see a team that competes, improves, hustles, and puts a scare into some teams we are supposed to lose to. WIn our bowl game, and a 9 win season will be a success.

You have to remember Saban's first year at Bama, and the loss to NW SE LA Tech. We are all excited, but must temper our expectations to reality.

Caleb King hasn't proven anything and Joe Cox is set to be the starter right now. Stafford>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Cox

with the schedule we have next year, anything less than 9 wins would be a dissapointment IMO.

How can you sit through last season, go through a coaching change and then start picking out sure wins on next year's schedule?

I think everyone in the nation would take 9 wins next year.I am one of them.

The dreamer in me says 10 wins, the defeatist in me says 8 wins,so 9 sounds about right.

9 wins would get us a new years day bowl.
