I knew Witten was tough, but man

And hundreds of high school football players will be playing with the same thing Friday night!

I'm probably biased just because Witten is one of my alltime favorite VOLS. I'll never forget him outrunning the entire Michigan secondary in the 2002 (correct me if I'm wrong) bowl game. I think they're still choking on the grass he kicked up.

Witten made himself a lot of money that day.

I like him but hate the Cowboys. When he played with his jaw wired shut that was impressive.

Nothing wrong with that.

Gotcha, either way, that hit on him is probably the worst I have ever seen.

I remember a hit, I believe it was Dat Nguyen at Texas A&M, against Texas Tech I believe, that was worse.

The hit Reggie Brown took against Auburn a couple of years ago can compare.

But those are the only two I can think of that can top the Bolden hit.

He broke a sinus bone? Or something like that.

I don't think his jaw is wired shut but he had to get metal plates put in.

Not 100% sure if his jaw is wired shut but I think while he was out with the sinus thing he had something done on his jaw, to fix an over/under bite or something like that.
