is the last time I'll see Crompton taking a snap. By the way, doesn't Kiffin have a no huddle offense? They wasted a lot of time.

Most would wish that this was the last post you ever make, but most wishes dont come true

Crompton didn't lose the game, but he didn't do anything to win it either.

A more capable qb wins that game for us. But at least he didn't get rattled.

You can make that happen. Just don't watch. I don't think he looses his starting position.

I don't think we can put this one on Crompton either, I just wish we had more to work with at QB than him.

How many of these threads existed in favor of Jon Crompton when Ainge was our starter? Lots of them.

sorry, but crompton limited the offense in such a way that you'd be crazy to say he wasn't a factor in the loss. it would have been interesting to see how things would have turned out today had we had a decent qb under center

I do not think the other qbs could do any worse, but i don't know that they could do better.....

It won't be, but it's sure as Hell the last post of his that I'll ever read. Wolfe has earned a trip to the ignore list.

You made my day. I was wondering what I could say to make you quit reading my posts.

I have a problem with the two Crompton picks today...that's because he only threw like three vertical passes. The other one I can remember was an overthrown pass to Stocker.
If he can't complete a pass, how can you guys still not see that he's what's keeping us from being a good team?

Crompton didn't take Tennessee out of the game. That's a start.

He wasn't great...not even above average...but, he played his part, and didn't make any critical mistakes. I can roll with that.

A UT offense, without the big mistakes, is probably good enough to finish with a win. Tennessee's defense is just that good.

so now we just look for a QB to NOT take the team out of a game??? it's the most important position on the team. if that is our requirement of the position, then we'll officially never having a winning team.

It's not hard to see, but we don't have an answer. Stephens would not be better and then we mess up his development. I am just wondering what happen to all you guys resume when we were hiring. So many experts out there.

He wasn't that bad...
Though his throw away on 3rd down baffled me a bit, otherwise he played much better than last week.
