I hope Cal spanks everyone else in the PAC10

Now that the Vols have wiped their &%^ with the Golden Bears I hope that Cal lives up to the hype and runs the table. Not because I like Cal, I hate all PAC10 teams. I would like to know that our Vols were truely that good and that Cal really was good and that much better than Cal

Based on that performance, I don't think Cal will finish in the top half of the conference. Their secondary is going to get lit up every single game. I predict they will allow an average of 300+ yards per game through the air this season.

They still might be pretty good, we'll just have to see... probably not in Oregon or USC's league, but still pretty good.

They may take out every other PAC team but USC once their offense gets their legs under them with the new OC and plays... but look for the Golden Gophers to give 'em a hell of a game next week. One thing you can't say for Cal is that they dodge big teams. Minnesota is good with a Sr. QB in Cupito.

I don't see Cal beating the upper tier teams in the Pac-10. They have serious problems in the Secondary and in a pass-happy conference thats not good.

yeah i don't think Cal is going to do very well, but maybe if they play a game where the can run, it will open more doors for them. I don't see them playing another defense like ours again

well I always love when UT comes out takes care of buisness and never disapoints. But I almost felt bad with the whooping we gave them after I talked to some of their very polite and level headed fans. I hope they do run the tables in the PAC-10 just to shut USC up for a while. I don't know about the rest of you but I am sick of watching or going on ESPN web site and having to take in this stuff about this one school in one overrated confrence.

I hope they run the table too. I would love it if they really are as good as advertised, and we are just that much better. They are probably a mid pac Pac 10 team though. Their corners aren't very good at all.

I think they topped out last year.. We all know what QB controversy can do to a team. :p

Team. Just thought I would correct that for you. I see Cal beating everyone in the Pac-10 except for USC. They might have trouble with Oregon.

Don't forget our beating by Auburn year before last then turning it on and playing well to go to the SECCG.

So it's possible.

I actually hope CAL does turn out to be good and we are as good as I think we are. :blink:

Well said. Well said.

Now the whole outlook is that Cal was the bust of the season.

But I think someone said Cal would lose at UT and go on to run the table for the NC. So who knows.
