I don’t care who plays as long as we win. Don’t care about excuses. But this game is an uphill battle so I’ll take it if we are up 1 when the game is over and they used the 3rd string QB

Don't care if he plays or not. They'll still make excuses like oh Bryce was still hurt and not 100%, that's why TN won.

I just want the dub. They can make all the excuses they want all the way back to Bama while still having that L on their record, courtesy of the Vols

It’s football, injuries are part of the game, that is
why you recruit and get players every year. As a Bama fan, there is no excuse if we get beat, we get beat. I hate hearing other Bama fans making excuses when we have beaten teams with backups, Texas and A&M this year. Next man up. You WILL NOT HEAR ME make any excuses.

After looking at his injury more I think he may be done. They are calling it an AC separation. But I think he may have more going on. It looks like he could have injured his labrum. Would not surprise me if he had surgery soon to get ready for the draft. I have no direct knowledge. But the way he was underhand throwing the ball in warmups Saturday I think this could be a real possibility.

I agree, always more than what they say. He has to what is best for him. If he is out, we may see the toss sweep back in the play calling. 😝

He will have a chance to play us 2nd time around.

Forgive me but I'm not such a "purist" that I think that a win over the consensus most talented team in the country is cheapened by Young not playing. Bama's current roster has 14 5* players, 59 4* players, and only 11 3* players.

Their QB room has Young plus 5* Simpson and 4* Milroe.

Beat them and you've beaten them. The most talented team in the country.

Me to, because I think their backup QB (Milroe) is better. I saw him play allot a couple of years ago. He went to my son's high school. He's damn good!!!:(


PS. Did you ever think it is possible for us to play bama 3 times this year? This game, then the SEC championship game and the playoffs if we are both 11-1. Not probable, but possible!;)

I hope he doesn’t and have no shame in admitting it. I want to beat those bastards, period. I don’t care if they had to play their entire third strings, the excuses I’d hear will just make it more sweet.
