I hated the look on our players face on the sideline when Uk ran out the clock

Bray especially looked sooooo embarrased as the qb who lost the streak. He has went from a throat slasher to looking like a the UT program has beat him down. The rest of the players looked in shock. It is just a shame it took losing this game to realize how bad we are.

They looked appropriately...

Just exactly who didn't realize that we were bad? I heard the kind of garbage from Dooley, and I just don't see who would think that we were anything but stinkers if you watched this season at all.

They should be embarrassed. They were members of not only the worst UT team in school history, but also the team that sucked so much they blew a quarter century streak to a UK team with no quarterback. They couldn't look embarrassed enough for me.

Well they now have plenty of time to take that look and look it in the mirror and make some serious attitude adjustments between now and next year.

There will be blood for what happened today. A season like this one has to result in some pretty substantial changes. Now we see what Hart and Dooley are made of. We will also see if indeed out coach is in over his head. He has had two years to learn on the job. Next year must show marked improvement.

You're an idiot. You need to shut your computer down. Calling for blood? Really?

If they showed some damn effort and enthusiasm then it wouldn't have turned out that way. No one to blame but themselves for their lack of effort and the coaches for preparation and execution

Their body languange and effort (other than a few) sEemed to indicate they thought you beat UK bc you show up. It's almost funny that we were still a botched shotgun snap away from beating them.

So true. Dooley at the presser and all the players looked absolutely embarrassed. This game will be their legacy. It doesn't matter if they win a NC game, the counter response will always be "yea but those players also lost to UK in 2011 ha ha."

I wonder when it will hit them if it has already. They didn't care enough to put any effort in during the game, Da'rick taking plays off, etc. I'm sure some of them have punk attitudes like "who cares, etc" but some day they will grow-up a little and realize exactly what they've done and will be disgusted with themselves because we should have won by 3TD's.

This was a total no show by ut. Thanks for representing us guys. I blame DD for letting this team take things for granted.

Perhaps if some of them had found it in themselves to have "wanted to be out there", the outcome could have been different. Take this game and learn from it, boys.

I agree they can not looked shamed enough at this point. Maybe when they wake up this morning they will realize they are now the B1tches of the SEC. I heard one of the players say "it is just no fun anymore." Well wake the hell up it is not backyard ball, not suppose to be fun you are to WORK hard to win. Not go out and do stupid motions with your hands or look like a moron after a TD. You are to knock the crap out of the other team and POUR ON MORE STEAM. Wake up grow up and play like you want to win or leave and make space for someone who does.

I think Derek Dooley can recruit players and hire coaches who have the talent and scheme to win in the SEC.

If he goes down next year, this will be the reason why.

They looked more like "holy sh!t, horrible UK beat us." I saw shock and embarrassment, but nowhere did I see the kind of passion and pain that UT players have shown in the past. This team doesn't care. They don't bleed orange. They don't want it enough, and they will continue to be whipped by teams that do. It's an attitude and leadership problem, and it starts right at the top. Without significant change, expect more of the same next year. And expect less fans willing to watch it.

Well I'm goin on record that we lose to the usual uf, bama, usc, uga, and arky. that's 5 losses right there. So the best we can do is 7-5. Then throw in the fact that maybe vandy might get us and who knows about the uk game. We're looking at 5-7 to 7-5. This team isn't good enough and you can't tell me recruits are just dieing to come here after we stunk it up at uk.

I have to believe that it's all going to come together next season. DD needs to run the players that don't want to be there off this summer and bring the egos of some of our guys down. I would be upset losing to a good UK team but this UK team was awful. I have to question whether or not Bray should have even been out there seeing as he couldn't take a snap from center. We got by with it against Vandy but UK knew and were prepared.

If this team wins an NC, nobody will remember this. How much crap is Michigan getting about going 3-9 with a loss to Toledo a few years back?

None.

In all seriousness, there was something off about the game. Many things, in fact. But what was really obvious was the lack of energy.
