Connecticut is to basketball what Florida is to football. I despise Diana Taurasi and Geno Auriemma. Thank GOD she is a senior! I hope UT takes this phenomenal incoming class and DOMINATES women's basketball for the next 4 years and beyond.

Diana Taurasi's nose could be used as an airplane runway, and I'd like to buy Auriemma for what he's actually worth and sell him for what he THINKS he's worth!
If Connecticut played the Taliban in a game, I'd root for the Taliban.

And that's how I really feel.

Diana was on the show Best Damn Sports Show Period and I hate to say it but she was quite ugly :unsure:

I have no problem with Conn. The UT/Conn Rivalry is one of the few women rivals known throughout the sports community

Women&#39;s Basketball never needed UConn (IMO). Pat Summitt had drawn the nation&#39;s attention to the sport when Geno Auriemma was still wetting the bed.
But you have a right to your opinion. I respect that. ;)

I disagree. Though UT was getting incredible and great recognition, college basketball needed a rivalry womens wise and the Conn game gives it that. I know people who watch 1 game every year and its that one...they dont even watch the womens NCAA torumanet.

That is true but of the guys I know...no one cares about those schools. They only know that Tenn and Conn own womens College Basketball.

The next time I see taurasi on the ESPN promo for the women&#39;s tournament, I think I might puke.

Does anybody remember the old Popeye cartoons? Taurasi reminds me of Alice the Goon with her head all stretched back and the nose. yikes.
