He was really great. I caught him before the Chattanooga BO Caravan, between news interviews. He signed my hat (which now includes the signatures of Kiffin, Fulmer and Majors) and spoke a little bit before going back into the next interview. I asked him how many times he has signed his name since Saturday's OW game, he smiled and said twice.

Despite disappointing men's/women's basketball seasons and a terrible football season, the place was very energetic...thanks to the new football staff and because of Pearl. I can't think of any program in the nation that could have a funnier and more interesting combination of football and men's b-ball coaches. I had a great night.:td:

PS- Only other thing I can say is that someone needs to give Lane an orange shirt. I couldn't get use to his green shirt with a small orange T on it.

That is pretty impressive, I bet not too many people have all 3 autographs on on one thing(football, hat, shirt, etc.)

Thanks! I thought about that too. I got Kiffin's this year at the BOC, Fulmer's last year at the BOC and Majors' several years ago in Pittsburgh. I travelled w/my cousin to Pitt for business. This was when Pitt had Larry Fitzgerald and we went to the V-Tech/Pitt game that college gameday was at. Majors was doing a radio show with some ESPN guys and stopped his statement and said something like "I see a Vol fan all the way up here and that is great." As soon as he finished the radio show he came directly to us to talk about UT and asked us what we were doing up there. He was the friendliest of the three.

I think he seems like a cool/down to earth guy. I would like to meet him. I met Fulmer several times over the past 15 years or so. He always seemed to have a pretty good attitude too. Oh, by the way, don't tell Hatvol that you went to the Big Orange Caravan. You will be hounded mercilessly about how few teeth you have and how you probably read the Bible.

I am sure that he is all-knowing...especially regarding details about me!:fool:

If you're mentioning Hat in another thread, you've already lost the battle with him. You might want to let it go.

Hat is like the Candyman. Say his name enough and he will show up to destroy you.

Did he falsely accuse you of anything?

And then falsely claim it was pre-planned?

I have been so angry at him that since he stole my Sharpie and all the other things that he has done that I have plastered signs up in my house so I will not forget about it when I see him next---sort of a "Memo to Kiffin" you might say.

Seriously LG, you're getting weird driving this in the ground. It's bizzare. Give it a rest for a month or three.

I think I am going to go to the Cincinnati branch of the Big Orange Caravan... for $35 bucks including dinner, I think it is a deal.

Seriously LG, I think Kiffin has gotten in your head just like he has Urban Meyers. You are like a dog with a bone. I guess his plan really worked.

You should, particularly if Kiffin and Pearl are there. The Caravan I went to was only $20/person so I was really lucky.
