My wife has always told me when she watches the Vols they do poorly. At the half, she said she just has to stop watching, and went on about her daily business with me giving her updates as things unfolded.

Also, at the half, I took off my white Tennessee polo, as it was just too much like Florida's uniform for my taste, and I put on my grey "get to work" T-shirt. Not a Tennessee shirt, but at least it was grey.

I'm not superstitious, but it seems uncanny.

I had something to do with it as well. I wore my Smokey Grey T-shirt for the first time during a game..... It will only be worn now when the team is also wearing the Greys...

At the half, I changed my pc background to a photo from the 1998 championship season.

Please give your wife the credit card and send her shopping next Saturday.

I said it in the game thread, but I was at work until half time. Came home, changed into my Tennessee sweatshirt and put the game on. First play after that was our first TD.

Made the joke that the first half was all my fault after that coincidence LOL

We had a bunch of friends over to watch the game. Two of which were Bama fans. Well, they had to leave to take care of something. When they left, we rattled off 38 straight. I'm pretty sure that's why we won. ;)

I wore a new orange Tennessee golf shirt while watching yesterday for the first time. I will wear the 1-0 shirt for UGA next Saturday!

Couldn't make up my mind, before the game, if I wanted to wear orange or gray, so I went with orange. Needless to say I changed to gray at halftime.

My wife and I also played a role.
We opened our lucky can of bean dip at the beginning of the 2nd half.
Yes, we have another can in the pantry for this Saturday.

No one I want to #wtfa more than the dawgs.

Unless you were in the stadium, rest easy knowing you had no impact on how the team played in either the first or second half.

That is sooo NOT true!

The more of the pre game shows I watch the better we do. If I keep watching when we're doing bad, we keep doing bad.

I tuned in at 8:45 yesterday to see the start of Gameday and watched through the 1st half. So, as usual I can't watch no more for jumping and screaming at the TV ruining the wife's enjoyment 'win or lose' and I go outside to snap hedge trimmers at anything they might cut through. $=%^/$&£!!!

The wife calls out, "It's 4th Qtr! We're winning!

See! indesputable evidence!
