They've won all their matches and have finished their competitions. They are in Paris at the moment and they seem to be having a great time. Senior Stephanie Spencer has been blogging daily during their trip. A fun read for those of you interesting in following our girls. Europe Tour: Through a Player's Eyes - University of Tennessee Athletics

It seems that our new transfer from North Caroling, Ava Bell, is fitting right in and already contributing in the early matches. Lily Felts is just being Lily...aces for breakfast and kills for dinner. :)

Do you go to the games? We’ve thought about attending, met the ex-volleyball coach at the QB Club and he was really interesting, sort of got us interested. Would have to look up sites, dates etc., but sounds like it might be fun to attend. At least I have an idea of the game; softball is beyond me!

I wanna bring my twins(age 12) up for a match this fall. They are playing club vb and into it. Took them to two Mocs games last year. Is the schedule out?

Thanks for the responses and questions. I'll answer as best I can. First, due to some health issues I haven't been able to attend any matches so far (SEC Network+ has been a Godsend), but I hope to this season. Second, I think the smashed volleyball is no longer with us. Playing in TBA limits what you can do to make the venue your own. Third, No, the schedule is not out yet. It should be out in the not too distant future and when I see it I'll post it.

Last but far from least, I agree with sisaq that we are headed toward a championship, at least in the SEC. Winning a Championship at the national level is still a ways off, imo, as you still got to get past Standford, Washington, et al. Coach Rackham seems to have a real gift for bringing players together and motivating them to play their best. I believe those traits will produce great results in time. :)

P.S. Watch out for Ava Bell this season, she looks to be a real player!
