Go to the games section of the PSN store.
They're located there

dont go through the PSN store. Just use your browser on your PS3 and search PS3 backgrounds and themes. Much better selection and most are free

This. Type ps3-themes.com in browser. Find one, download, and it will be in your themes. The ps store themes are garbage
