I should have been more patient then I was with Dooley,I am just tired of losing like most of you.I have said a few things lately about Dooley that may be inaccurate.I have also had a few days to think about the things I have said and I was wrong.Dooley does need time and this is a project that I didn't realize that was as big as it is.
I really want Dooley to succeed at the highest level.I think he could be here along time.I know he can recruit now we have Sunseri.This is a great hire.Dude can coach it up..So to all I have offended and sounded like a total moron,please forgive me.I have always been a VOL and I would never turn my back on them,it's just frustrating sometimes.Go VOLS great hires

You are just confused. Any Vol fan has every right to be upset with Dooley. We all want him to suceed but if you doubt he will there is no reason why you shouldn't voice an opinion. Today's hire was great, I am very happy. He still has to win games he should and find a way to be competetive against good teams regardless of talent. He needs to win in the 2nd half. These 40-14 games are getting old. This could be a move by Hart to hire Sunseri as DC before he gets promoted to Alabama DC if/when Kirby Smart becomes a head coach, maybe at Tennessee.

Hey, we all get alittle emotional when it comes to Family. Thats what this is(Vols$life). It's kool, lets move on and support CDD and his staff. Who yah witt!!!

No need to apologize. He still hasn't proven he can win. Hopefully this hire today will help. Calling it like you see it doesn't make you a bad fan, it actually makes you more honest than the boobs who claim beyond a shadow of a doubt that Dooley will succeed.

I would love to be proven wrong about him. I hope he wins lots of games next year. The jury is most certainly still out though.

No reason to apologize. When things go bad, people are gonna be angry. When things go good, people are gonna be happy. That's why i don't understand people getting pissed off about so-called "negavols".

Classy post BigAl. all of us who love the Vols want them to win and compete for championships. I hope CDD is the one who can turn things around, but if not we will be in better shape then when he took over. I will say the new hires are great recruiter's which only helps to build our program and get us where we all want to be. :crossfingers:
