I am not seeing avatars within threads on PC

I can see the avatars on the main forum page, but when I open the thread, I see no avatars and I also don't think I am seeing GIFs. I have cleared my history and restarted, but not sure what else to try. Any advice would be appreciated.

That is exactly what I did. I found it and fixed it. Thank you for the speedy response.
