Hunt's words after the game

Hell....we got drilled by Air force.

I feel worse about that.

Basically that he knew early on that they could beat us physically and he could tell nobody wanted to tackle him.

"they didn't want to tackle me", "they didn't match up", "we ran the same play over and over", "they knew what was coming"

It was a little arrogant . . . but he earned the right to say it.

I also thought it was a little arrogant. I was surprised he said it...normally he is reserved in what he says.

He was condescending and arrogant in his comments. Makes me wish we still had Haynesworth to put the stomp on his ass.

PSU scored one touch down against the Vol defense. Hunt had a good day but is comments were a bit out of touch. Still the lead up to bowl season certainly provided this context. The Vols did come out flat and I am thinking that the loss of Smith had a lot to do with this.

McBride got one good shot at him.. When he caught him in the backfield, and leveled him..

Somebody else here has already said this, but I'll say it again- they need to post Hunt's comments on every inch of the Volunteer locker room during spring training.

If I was him, I would probably say the same thing. You can't get the respect from nowhere. You have to earn it.

And how many TD's did this butt plug have on us? 0, nade, nil. He earned an ass whipping for running his man pleaser like that. If, on the other hand, he ran on us like McFadden, then I can see it. He is a decent RB, but not quite as good as he thinks he is. If he makes it to the NFL, I hope he meets Mr. Haynesworth, and a size 14 cleat.
