Hundreds of examples of fraud by Trump and his family, corporations

I didn't use anyone else's database to find the people were dead bro. LoL

This isn't difficult. Someone complied a list of names with birthdays of people that voted. You could than verify for yourself the name birthday, address used. Everyone I searched had unique names and nobody born with the same name or similar name on that date. Basically, all the data came from the State of Michigan other than death date.

What Michigan is saying is their is duplication or other but for everyone I check, that was impossible. The vast majority of people I checked died in other States, some of them like 50 years ago.

That's discussed in the cited materials.

Bogus. As usual.

Its not bogus. Its Michgan data. If the data was incorrect than I would have never been able to pull up the records. I worked backwards.

So... the list gave the person's name, birthday, and date of death. I only used the person's name and used the date of death to find their birthday on find a grave. I than used the birthday on find a grave to search in Michigan's records to pull of the data. I checked around 100 and all of them pinged.

There is no way to fake it, if you faked it... the record wouldn't be found.

I don't recall that 118 guy being on the list, I don't remember checking... but there were some older than that which pinged.

Most of the people had been dead for 10+ years if IIRC, most were buried outside the State. I did some research on a few and most of the ones I went deeper on didn't seem to have any connection at all with Michigan.

Basically, the list just gave a short cut meaning name and/or birthday/death date. I didn't trust the birthday, so I went by the death date... verified the person was dead than used that birthday to put into Michigan's database.

You could just as easily get all the voter rolls and do it from scratch, you'll get the same results though.

I did not verify every name, I only did like around 100, but at that point its like winning the lottery week after week.

LOL. Property appraised for one set of numbers and Trump organization valued the property at a higher set of numbers.

Welcome to the world of real estate. All my properties have an appraised value by the county, a value by the city, a value to my insurance agent, a value to my bank, a value to real estate agents, a value to my CPA, and a value to me.
What I don't understand from the article, is the claim that Trump used the higher numbers to increase his profits. Unless other people are investing in Trump's real estate holdings, I cannot see any way inflated numbers benefit him beyond his ego.
From article:
New York Attorney General Letitia James spelled out what she argued was a pattern of fraud by former President Donald Trump and his company, where they repeatedly ignored professional appraisals for their properties and instead used highly inflated, self-serving valuations to increase his own profits.
I'm still trying to figure out what the crime is.

Isn’t that what I said? Each party, the bank and the state, has the burden to arrive at a representative valuation for their purposes? And I’m guessing both parties are going to just not take the property owner’s word for it?
I don't understand this at all. Trump was allegedly inflating the values of his properties, right? If that is correct, then the government would be collecting MORE taxes on it. What on earth are they complaining about?

Except that at every turn he tells his base that Biden is not the President. And then he defends and denies what happened on January 6.

Neither of those can be ignored. They should be fought each time, every time. People who believe either should be ridiculed relentless.

You guys asked, no BEGGED, for the crap on Biden not being President. For four years that is all we heard, and I heard from virtually every one of my liberal friends. Arguing the Electoral college is a fraud, etc, etc. Frankly, I know at most 3-4 people who susbscribe to the nonsense Trump spouts out about it. Get off your high horse about it unless you were condemning HRC and everyone else who kept carping the same line. If not, you're nothing more than a hypocrite complaining about Trump's dumbassery about it.

And yes, Jan 6 can be ignored. That was less of an insurrection than Vanderbilt is a threat to win the CFP.

apparently it ain't a crime as it appears this is a civil rather than criminal charge.

It was about as real as Turkey's coup.

Right. I’m not an expert but isn’t the scam at big boy level real estate to DEFLATE the values and write them off as losses? That’s like filling out the year end tax form from the casino and saying you won more than you actually did.

You're right. Technically that is a crime, filing a false Federal form. Of course, given how stupid the government is nowadays, I could see them refunding the money and sending one of the new gestapo agents to prosecute you.

Trump produces grifts, lawsuits, and subpoenas. If you want to call those valuable then more power to ya 😂

Which one of those 3 things that you listed haven’t been used MULTIPLE times in the same sentence as Bill and Hilary Clinton? No that’s not who we’re currently talking about, but don’t kid yourself.

I know someone who always sticks a little in his pocket when the Pit Boss isn’t looking. Always shows a small loss at the end of the year, and gets a little sympathy when it’s time to talk Comps.

I only skimmed through the 200+ page petition, this didn't appear to be about any type of taxes or losses to the government. (someone can correct me if wrong) Literally, it involves no real losses to anyone, they talk about "financial benefits" but don't really say what that is or how someone was "defrauded".

Seem kind of strange to me.
