Do you think anyone respects that kind of history?
Chadwell is 19-17 at CCU with 11 of those wins coming this year. Not exactly setting the world on fire. For those of you bad at math, that means he was 8-16 coming in to this year. How you figure that?
Freeze...FROZE.
I mean seriously...you HAVE to score a TD there! He made things waaaay to complicated.
Liberty is the one with the SEC QB
And honestly the more talented team, but Coastal keeps finding ways to make plays.
I've not seen a scared call all night from Chadwell.
BRING THE EAST TENNESSEE BOY HOME!!
Pruitt was certainly blamed for everything the players do on the field. BTW, the QB should have been taking a knee prior to handing the ball to a RB. It was a silly play call, and UT fans would have blasted our coaching staff for the same thing. You can tell a player to take a knee, but if they pull a JG is that really on the coach?
It was a very UNUSUAL situation. So I’m not going to put a ton of blame on Freeze for the way it was handled. I also thought taking a knee twice made sense. But, also thought RB messed up the second time getting that close to the goal line. Regardless, that one play pales in comparison to the way Pruitt handled our QB and defensive collapses over three years.Pruitt was certainly blamed for everything the players do on the field. Hey guys! I got a rumor!
I, a native of Lynchburg Va, home of the Liberty Flamers just got an unexpected message from a friend.
Tells me that a Liberty assistant coach told him that TN already offered and Hugh is likely to accept. The Liberty coaches aren't happy about it.
Now this guy I heard this from isn't a sports guy at all, just a well to do smart computer, stock oriented guy, so he doesn't have a bias towards anything sports related. I dont think he made it up, but I'm just excited I got at least a semi relevant rumor!

It’s not like Liberty is playing Clemson and Notre Dame, we played three teams of that caliber. Freeze had one good year at Ole Miss and the Freezers are making him into the love child of Saban and Belichick.wins over Power 5 opponents:
Freeze: 2 (3 games played)
Pruitt: 3 (10 games played)
-
Wins over ranked opponents:
Freeze: 1 ( #12 Coastal Carolina)
Pruitt: 0
a 2nd year Liberty coach outperformed his level of competition & above, while Pruitt in year 3 lost to teams with equal & lesser talent such as AU,UK,ARKY.
-
There shouldn’t be an excuse for not being able turn a program around in 3 years when Freeze took a former FCS team into beating ACC teams in 2 years
