From what I "heard" on the radio this morning the girl that got beaten up is pregnant!! Apparently she didn't know at the time, so I assume they found out after examing her for the beating! If she loses the baby, all of the girls involved are going to be charged with murder! Also, it was said on the radio that they stuffed the girl into a car and took her to the house that all of this occured, so if true they too could be charged with kidnapping!

The government should step in and reabilitate these girls because obviously this was all due to outside factors beyond their control!

I saw the video on Yahoo. All the teens are being charged with the beating and three are being charged with kidnapping. They should get a fat jail sentence, but I doubt it will happen. All so they could have a popular video on YouTube which is why they said they did it.

I know this isn't one of the most important factors of the situation, but why doesn't the girl fight back? She may be outnumbered, but if it was my daughter she wouldn't have gone down without a fight. Actually if she was my daughter none of this would've ever happened.

Amen. I wouldn't have fought back for a minute or two hoping they would stop, but there would be a line that would get crossed and I would come right back at them swinging.

I am just sly. If I think I can get away from a situation like that and look completely innocent I will. Once it's not looking good I'm fighting back like crazy though. That whole situation just blows my mind though. What could that girl have possibly done that bad. I have no doubt that I have had worse done to me and shrugged it off. They are getting tried as adults for that and could face life in prison is what I've heard...
