I saw it this morning. There were two questions: team to beat and final four pick from the midwest. Davis picked us in both. If thats the case, then i'll def be in indy. But, as stated, lets just worry about OSU, not any love we are getting from The Network. Unfortunately, ill be driving to south ga during the game friday, so you all gotta pull them through for me.GBO!

It always feels like a huge bonus when Scotty steps up and scores. But I think all of us that watch these Vols every game know that if we want to win, we need Wayne to be doing his thing down low and at the 3-point arc, and we need J.P. to be running around everywhere and doing whatever it is that he does so well.

I think I heard that in our last 10 games, we are 7-0 when Prince scores 10+ and 0-3 when he doesn't.

If those two play like they are seniors who don't wanna go home yet, and Scotty can hold on to the ball, and Bobby can make some free throws, and Cam can nail some 3's, then we can win.

Bruce will use all the stuff being said to get the Vols ready for St Louis. Hubert Davis is the only one picking us. Seems like we play better when no one thinks we can win.

I like the way UT plays defense. I think the defense will bother osu. The question is, can we score consistently on offense? It's one thing to have your way with ohio, but ohio state will be much tougher. We're like everybody: If we shoot pretty well and play fairly well offensively, and avoid those six minutes stretches of ugly play, we've got a very good shot.

Very nice...I stand corrected then. I didn't see the latter segment. I think this team is special, and we have another factor in our favor against OSU: Revenge.

To recap for those who didn't see it, Reece asked Hubert and Digger for their "Team to Beat" in the Midwest. Hubert said UT, Digger said OSU. Then Reece asked for a "Bold Prediction". Hubert said UT would go to the Final Four, Digger said Northern Iowa would beat Mich. St.

the reason no other "experts" beside hubert davis give us a chance to reach the final four is obvious. we have the most inconsistent offense and are far and away the dumbest team remaining in the sweet sixteen.throwing "alley oops" when you have a 2 on 1 up 10 with 4 minutes to go is stupid basketball. try a lay up or pull the ball out and run some clock. pearl inbounding
or being on the floor at all in crunch time is moronic. that being said we beat ohio state easily if we do the following.
get the ball inside to chism and williams every play for the first 10 minutes and let them go after dallas lauderdale. once he is in foul trouble the game is over.they have no other answer for our inside game. while pearl has done an
excellent job with this team now is the time to make them disciplined as the only way we beat teams coached by
thad matta,tom izzo or ben jabobsen is by being disciplined with the ball. i

What? An easy alley-oop over the defender is dumber than trying to go around the defender? The last time I looked they were pretty high percentage plays. I would be worried if this team tries to start running out the clock with 4 minutes to go. I would rather see them make the easy basket.

he just on mike and mike that we are the team that has best chance of an upset and likes us for final four.

then that moron eric k.(can't spell his last name for the life of me) said 'good luck with that, hehe...'

oh well, at least the one person's opinion that matters about college basketball on that show agrees we got a real shot at winning the game.
