When Peyton did it, he was the original, and it became an instant and timeless classic!

When Casey did it, it was a watered-down and forgettable knockoff!

How do you guys think Erik will do as conductor of the band after the Vols hurt UF's feelings on Saturday?!!! :rock::rock::rock::rock:

Pretty good since if he's conducting the band, it would be after a win!

I do agree with you, though. It was great the first time, let it be!

If the Vols win it might be memorable, otherwise I have to say it'd look even sillier than the UTK players going out to midfield and standing on the PowerT after UGA beat them senseless in '05.

Yeah, I thought standing on the Power "T" was a bit useless. If you want to "defend this house" you must do it before the clock reaches zero! I did, however LOVE Jason Allen planting the flag between the hedges!

Hopefully Erik waits until after the victory is final before he celebrates this season. Mocking the Gator Chomp before the game was locked up last year came back to bite us.

Haha, I remember that. Is it just me or does it seem that everytime an opposing player mocks the gator chomp after a score, their team ends up losing. :dunno:

beat florida and he can have the freakin head drum major position on the band and direct the band...heck he can even be the tuba playa...beating florida, Ainge will find out he will be able to do many cool things....ah, the pretty girls.

Oh Lord please no........I got a kick out of it when Peyton did it, but as has been said, that's something that probably shouldn't have been redone...kinda like the Pink Panther movie...:(
Besides, if we pull out the win, they should act like they've been there and not make a big spectacle out of it.

I had no problem when Casey did it in the swamp after the 2001 game... That was a huge win. The time after the 24-10 win probably was overkill.

Yeah, I'd rather not see that crap.
