with jefferey apparently out with the flu, how will USCjr move the ball? he has practically been their entire offense from what i've seen of them this year. admittedly, i haven't seen much besides their first game of the year and highlights.

I think they might have success between the sc 20 and the UT 40 but that is about it. They only score on busted coverages.

According to all the Cock trolls on this site, Jesus (aka Garcia) will go off and begin his Heisman campaign against us.....

Well lets put it this way... if we moved the ball better against bama than they did and we held bama to fewer points and yardage on top of that we beat UGA senseless which beat SC... we probably win this game. I would say we have a more well rounded club than they do, the biggest thing is special teams... we don't make any mistakes and get points from the kicking game and we should do just fine.

I think we have a great chance to win, but I feel like we are too overconfident. They aren't great, but they aren't awful, either. I just hope the team doesn't have an emotional hangover from last week.

I don't think your players will be as cocky as your fans seem to be. They have good heads on the shoulders and I'm sure will play well. I think this game comes down to y'alls running backs vs our run defense. If we can stop your running attack and force Crompton to pass, I think we stand a better chance. Also, on the flip side, if we are able to get a run game going then we can get some play-action started up.

We can't forget about special teams though. Both of us seem to have some work to do with those...

USC will throw the ball effectively to move the ball or else they'll leave their D on the field too much and give UT an excellent chance to blow them out. SOS is no fool though. He'll throw it short to augment their run game. The hardest thing for USC/SOS will be breaking tendencies. Monte Kiffin is incredible with finding and exploiting tendencies. CLK has put some outstanding gameplans together recently too.

USC's O better find a way to stay on the field, run clock, and wear UT's D down... and they'll have to do it without a great running game or interior OL capable of blocking Dan Williams by themselves.

Nothing else going on in South Carolina? A freshman WR takes over every news station in South Carolina. lol Even more reason to think the state of South Carolina sucks.

Now here is the question. If we blow the doors off of SC will Jeffrey have the flu then?

Short quick passes like Auburn did, probably screen us a lot too. That has proved to be effective against us and likely will be what they try to do. I don't expect Garcia to have enough time to set up for the deep stuff, so they'll move him and have him extend the play. They can forget running, it's not happening.

Actually the state of South Carolina is a great state. Part have mountains, part has coast line with major tourist places such as Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Good stuff.

SC is my second most favorite place I've lived behind MO. I liked the conservative state gov't and low gov't costs. People were very friendly... met my wife there.

I really don't care if Jeffrey plays or not. UT has gameplanned for him like they did AJ Green, Maze/Jones, and UF's whole group of speedsters... He's not in that class yet. However I do think Garcia is a better QB than McElroy and throws better than Tebow. Cox is a decent comparison throwing the ball.
