How will new training center help recruiting

DO you guys think we will start pulling in the best recruits because of this amazing complex?

The video that I saw on it is unbelievable! It will blow away any 17 or 18 year old. I'll take every edge in recruiting that we can get.

There's no question it helps recruiting, but the most important factor will always be the coaches.

This. No doubt that it can serve as a contributing factor but no recruit is going to commit to us BECAUSE of the training faciliies. Your coaching staff along with your most recent success are the 2 biggest factors IMO.

based on the video, it's the best looking facility i've ever seen.

it would be hard to sell that and not get positive results.

It is going to be state of the art. Just amazing weight and conditioning facility. Beyond anything I have ever seen. Every Vol fan will be very proud of this complex.

When is it scheduled to be completed? I thought it was suppose to be fully finished in time for the 2012-2013 season.

Also, are there any ongoing renovations being done at Neyland this year? I know they just finished up another phase of the master plan not too long ago, cannot remember what is left to renovate...

I believe it is going to be completed and ready to go sometime in the Summer of 2012.

Just watched the vid for the.training center....amazing and ridiculous. It will.definitely help land some.recruits next year.

It wont. Coaches and winning get the recruits. Not gold toilets.

It will definitely help. I've heard many recruits already talk about how great it is. All things being equal, it may be the only thing that makes the difference.

Same as a resume. If all applicants are equal and one has a PHD, then I definitely go with the one without out it.

I have the drawings and did an estimate on this building. My company is going to be doing the "Metal Panels" for this job. I can tell you that this is the most amazing weight training facility in the USA. We also did the work on Neylnd stadium (both sky box's and the panels on the street side, picture panels and the interior beams to the players club.
We also did the work for the Carolina Panthers. They don't hold a light to anything UT is doing......You will be proud of this........Promise.
