When you reply, hit the button on the lower left that says "Attach files" and go select the video.

Lately when watching embedded YouTube videos from my phone, they look like this.

This has been for sec shorts and any other videos. Youtube app itself works fine on my phone.

Wait, so the video is scrambled? What happens if you click on the youtube link?

Yes, the video is scrambled. If I click on the YouTube it opens the app on my phone and the video plays fine. I just tested this again with the video in this thread
Had To Share Again

The embedded video is still scrambled just like my earlier screen shot, but the link to YouTube plays the video just fine.
