I know we'll get some witty smart A remarks about Pruitt being hired. (Congrats on your douchy remarks in advance) Anyways idk that Pruitt was the right hire but our administration thought he was so let's see how they support him. I think we'll know our school's commitment to having a winning football program by the staff that we allow Pruitt to surround himself with.

Since the Kiffin experiment, Tennessee has not really supported their coaches financially. This was pointed out by Butch being hamstrung by his OC hire. I know we paid Shoop a good amount but usually Tennessee is towards the low side as far as assistant salary pool. I think Pruitt's success or failure will be in the staff he's able to surround himself with. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Yep, strength and conditioning coach has to be on point. I wish Pruitt could pull Cochran from bama, that’s not likely though.

I think if there had been a similarly qualified VOL willing and available, that's who would have gotten the job. That man didn't exist. Tee isn't as qualified and nobody's sure he was willing.
