how Stocker stacked up

DMoore didn't have a bad day either. I'd say both did pretty average.

Stocker's strength and DMoore's speed impressed me.

Virgil Green from Nevada appears to be the TE that jumped off the page as far as the combine numbers that he put up.

He had a rough time catching the ball though.

He's a very raw athletic guy.

Alot like Vernon Davis a few years ago. Hasn't been nearly the impact player everyone figured after those freakish combine numbers he put up.

Vernon also hasn't had a QB worth a damn is whole time in San Francisco.

He's always had a ridiculous 40 time

They just said on espn that they expected a 4.6 or so from jj, and that was the biggest surprise so far in the combine...so I doubt he's always had a ridiculous 40 time.

From the time Rivals first evaluated him, he had ridiculous times at camps.

It's not a big shock he turned in a great time.

Then whoever was just on espn claiming to be an nfl scouting expert is a fraud and/or liar

One that's blowing my mind is Quizz Rodgers running a 4.64 40...how the hell is he not faster than that?

Ummm...Vernon Davis has been pretty good the last two years. He's had over 900 yards receiving in each of the last two seasons, and he had 13 TD receptions in 2009 backed up by 7 TD's in 2010. All but maybe 3-5 teams in the NFL would love to get a hold of this guy. If he could get a quarterback that could hit the broad side of a barn with a handful of gravel, he would be an absolute animal.

I might consider Gore too, but Davis is a stud. If not 2nd, he's definitely 3rd and, quite honestly, he has a lot more tread left on the tire than Gore at this point.
