For the guys that follow this closer than I do, how serious is this problem? I looked in the other threads and didn't see anything. Is there a significant chance he might be going JUCO? Thanks for your help, guys.

seriousness depends on whether he gets in. He does, we're good. He doesn't, it's serious.

How bad would that suck, best recruit doesn't qualify? Anyway, I think he gets in.

I bet it became harder for him to become eligible once he put that Tennessee hat on.

He needs to commute to Chattanooga for the spring semester to ensure there will be no issues.

Enlightening analysis. Almost as enlightening as John Madden saying "Whoever scores the most points will win."

De nada.

We have a new thanks button. You can just let me know you appreciate it that way.

What do you have to get on the ACT? I think I read that he already had an 18.

The only place that I have seen wide spread talks about Da'Rick Rogers not having the grades to get into a university is the comments of "hate" spewed about him by UGA fanatics once Chip Towers started publishing stories about his recruitment being reopened and his commitment to UGA possibley going away.

The gist of the responses became "he might as well go to UT because he will never meet the entrance requirements to UGA" (they used much more colorful language than this). Didn't hear much about him not getting into UGA until he started looking around.

Then, again, it became he won't qualify or maybe he can get into lowly UT because of their weak entrance standards once the Vols were on his radar.

If he gets in, he just needs to take classes with me. I post all my notes online. Helping out the football team wherever I can.

You get it done?

Hope so. I'll thank you too for helping inform me. As you can see, I'm new to this and struggle with saying anything but regurgitations and flat out plagiarism. Thanks for helping a brother out.

Is there such a thing as a "no thanks" button? Kind of like the thumbs up, thumbs down button on utube. I would like to see that feature added too.

All he must do is pass his classes but in GA that is tougher then in TN. He likely is making up some form of failed science physics is required as a junior but most jocks fail a semester. Then he has to have four years of math. So he is in Stats now or Trig. Hopefully, the Nances got him a tutor. GA is probably top ten hardest places to get a diploma. Most states require 3 math and 3 science. Kids a couple years younger then Rogers now have to have 4 math and 4 science. And they will take precal or Stats AP as seniors standard now. Perdue was a teacher and they want to make a highs school diploma mean something. They also think it will attract the right type of folk. It is torture for non math brains though I feel for them. He also has to have passed the graduation test...would of taken as Junior but many retake as seniors after failing.

That is going to be the new standard to enroll into UT next year anyway. 4 years math and science with each year being a step up from the year before. The bigger question is where did they bring the teachers in from to teach those classes in Georgia.

Ga is top 5 I believe in pay for teachers in the US. Atleast it was when I began teaching. Many are from Ohio and Michigan as there enrollment has dropped drastically.
