How Many Vols Coming To Berkeley?

artificial noise makers are only acceptable at mississippi state :p

more cowbell!

Without a doubt the most obnoxious noise I've ever heard was when I went to a Peach Bowl about 15 years ago. Cowbells inside a dome make your eyeballs rattle.

so about coming out for the game, has there been a thread about where to stay? For those that are planning on going and have booked rooms already, where did you book?
Also, I've heard the Bay Bridge is going to be closed that weekend....

Droski, where would you recommend my fiance and I stay, neither one of us having ever been there. Or anyone else for that matter, Hat seems to know the area pretty well. Looking for decently priced, easy commute to the game, etc., etc.

Somewhere on the scout Cal board they had a link to a "everything you need to know when visiting the Bay for football" thing. It was insanely helpful. I'll look.

at this point anything in berkeley will be sold out so you might as well stay in san francisco. Just find a place near a Bart station. BART - Bay Area Rapid Transit District. That usually entails hotels in the embarcadero or union square (though both of those might be fairly expensive). I think orbitz lets you search by neighborhood. Anything in soma (south of market), downtown, civic center, the mission, or union square will probably be fairly close to bart. You can take the bart from downtown SF to downtown berkeley in 20 minutes.

unless you guys are going to be willing to pay ridiculous prices there is no way you will have over 15k. every fanbase that comes to memorial claims they will own the stadium, it hasn't happened yet (or at least not since we were 1-10).

So what you're saying is you are too afraid to give us more tickets. Cool. I'd be afraid too if I were in your shoes.
