How man humans would it take to kill a grizzly bear?

Rules:

Bear is enclosed in a room the size of a football field. No way to get out.

Humans have no armor, no weapons what so ever.

Humans are physically fit male specimens. Have basic hand to hand combat training.

Have one hour to come up with tactics before they must go in to fight. (Obviously couldn't just throw them in without some chit chat beforehand.)

Future rules are flexible, I will be the judge if someone comes up with some way out of the box idea.

If the Bear starts any threads in the Vols forum that are not about the Vols it would only take me to kill him. :)

Is it a big angry grizzly bear, or an old, decrepit and possibly homosexual grizzly bear?

Just throw Josh Briscoe at the Grizzly so it can eat him and then he'll walk away with a full tummy and everyone else can be safe

Sacrifice the smallest guy for the bear... while the bear is eating the runt, the others attack.

And as far as the bear goes.... have one sucker gouge his eyes out. Problem solved.
