WestTn after it was pointed out that you are in fact a moron and your opinion is worthless and wrong you are going to re-express that same opinion. Man, what do you think this is a fan forum? Just being a smart ass. Funny this thread was started, I was just thinking about starting my first thread asking which coach(es) will not be here next spring or who will be the first to go? It will not be CMK. He is only 68. Clearly he is not interested in being a head coach or he would have gone down that road years ago so I do not think he will leave for a head spot in the league. He seems completely content, his back if better after years of discomfort, he is with is family, and doing what he loves. For those of you to young to have children or if you have chosen not to have them grandchildren are very important to grandparents. Coach O concerns me. If he leaves after one year that would bite, not only would it hurt recruiting to lose him alone, it would hurt recruiting because he would take other assistants with him like Frank Wilson. Anyway hope that all stick around for a long time and win a lot of games and recruit a lot of studs.:D

Hell guys it’s just what I think, it sure doesn’t take long for people around here to call you a moron or stupid and tell you you have no clue what is going on. Just from MY observation, it looks like he is not enjoying the college game. In the pros he was working with world class professional athletes and that’s all he did, just draw up game plans and work with the D, now he is recruiting and dealing with all the fans, and working with much less athletes(outside Eric Berry). At the spring game and the meet and greet he just looked like he was not enjoying it at all. This is just my observation guys, thanks for all the moron and I have no clue what I am talking about comments, those are really classy. I hope I am wrong I hope he stays for 5 or 6 years but I just do not see it happening.

What has he said or done to give you the impression that he does not like the college game. A look at a meet and greet? Monte is and has always been very reserved and somewhat quiet when dealing with fans. I have met him several times during his time with the Bucs. I believe that an argument can be made for him enjoying the college game more than his "cushy" job with the Bucs. Its no secret that he enjoys the teaching. He will see a bigger return on his teaching in college than in the pros. These kids want to make it. In the pros, yes they are better athletes, but they are less teachable at that point in their careers. I think Monte will be fine for a few years.

The one big issue that concerns me is that his wife has remained in Florida. Still see her out. She has a very different personality from Monte. I won't say anything further.
