How is the 11th st garage tailgating?

We have a parking pass for the 11th st garage can you grill on top level?

Get there early and be prepared to stay late. We gave ours back. Had to sit two hours after the game to get out.

We get there early but haven't had to wait two hours to get out before. I guess it depends on where in the garage you park and when you get to the car.

You can grill on any deck as far as I know. I have seen people cooking on most levels.
