How important is it to you that we have one of the few stadiums to seat 100k? Do you think it really matters to recruits? I have only been to a few games but would attend more if there was adequate room for a bigger than average guy. Individual seating would create a more comfortable environment for everyone. Ive been to a lot Titans games and its just a better environment IMO. Seems to me the 70k at the Titans game make as much noise as 100k at Neyland. Somethings not right about that. If Neyland went to individual seating how many seats could there be? My guess is around 85k. Your thoughts.

NO. 100k plus is important. THis is College football not Pros. I don't like the fact that Hammy has been taking out seats. I would make sure that TN was not passed by Bammers and stayed the largest stadium in the SEC.

GO VOLS.

It is important. But right now it is more important that I don't see thousands of empty seats when I go to games.

100M is very important for recruiting. Our fans also don't need an excuse to get fatter.

100,000 seats is very important. 100,000 filled seats is more important. If you want individual seats, get tickets in the north end upper decks.

I'm still kinda irked that PSU and michigan have bigger stadiums. It only makes it worse that everyone else in the SEC is catching up.

I've been to two very competitive Titans home games, and many Vols games. Neyland blows it away.

Neyland is known for it's colossal size and large attendance numbers. It's known for the largest stadium in the south. 100k is VERY important. I think. Sadly next year. Bryant Denny will be bigger.

VERY. We used to have the biggest stadium in the nation, battling see-saw every year with Michigan for who was the biggest (back when I was in school at Ohio U). Now, no more. Barely still in the top 5, if at all.

We can't pile many, if any more seats upward really, but IMO, my strong opinion in lieu of the suites & all that were added negating seats, we should lower field level & add more seats to the 1st tier.

Really wan to see us back in the top 3, & really want to have more seats than OSU. They suck.

Very important. UT is one of the biggest stadiums in the country and I would like to keep it that way.

I'd say the reason why you believe Titan's stadium and Neyland Stadium has the same noise level is probably because UT is filled with a bunch of elderly people on the sidelines who aren't as vocal as some other venues. For instance I think the student section should change from the sections E, EE, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH to sections B,C,D,E like other sec schools. Put the people are who going to be extremely vocal closer to the field.

Didn’t I read somewhere that Hamilton said that there were plans in place to add an additional level in an end zone should ticket sales warrant it?

Thats what Ive always thought.

Speaking of Bama, how many seats did it used to have, & what are they doing with it? Where are they adding to?

They are adding in the open enzone. They'll be over 102k after the expansion. I think they'll be just a couple hundred more than us
