I've read he is a speedster, but I also read after that recruiting class Fulmer stated that this class missed a burner at WR, and they would need to try and get one the next year.

We had 2 in Raines and Vinson and neither made it through, so yeah, we missed on getting a speedster. Getting Vinson, and maybe Berry, would definitely add speed.
