How do you get a picture for an icon?

I would like to have a picture of Coach Pruitt as my icon instead of a purple P Can anyone out there help because i'm not good with all this computer stuff

Click the purple P at the top of the page and there should be an “edit avatar” and when you click that you can upload a picture.
