We should be looking to our own workforce for employees. And also look at how they are compensated and why. There is a large portion of the working population that believes the "if they pay me more I'll do more" mantra. It should be the other way around. I will get paid more when I earn it and show that I have done and can do more.

When their markets are closed to our goods or they are subsidizing their industry to get a competitive advantage, we have little reason to have them as a trading partner
