How do Y'all Think The Sports Media Will React If Tennessee Wins 7-8 Games?

So, a few things about this bet:

1. T-Town, if you're gonna "proudly display" a Bama avatar chosen for you, you need to rethink your priorities. Now, if you're gonna shamefully display it because you lost the bet, that's a lot better.

2. T-Town wins the bet if the Vols win 5 or less. Checkerboards win the bet if the Vols win 7 or more in the regular season. Who gets the win if we go 6-6? Early on, T-Town, you were saying people would be crazy to bet on us winning more than 5. So you gonna give 6-6 to Checkerboards as well? Or insist on 7 wins or better for his side?

Yep. I was dead wrong. I expected the talent to be better and the coaching to make up more of the difference. In retrospect, losing Smith and Kennedy probably cost UT 1-3 games... but it happens. If you are that close to the margin then you're too close.

Either UT's talent signed under Jones was overrated and completely underdeveloped... or Pruitt isn't the guy either. Probably need another year to know which.

What do y'all think the Sports Media will say when Tennessee wins 7-8 games? I think the Sports Media will go on and on about how the SEC East is weak and that's how Tennessee improved so quickly.
