How Do We Stop the Run?

McDowell struggled all day. Out d line has to lead the charge in stopping the run.

Kirkland will be back, but not sure when. It would be nice if he could be ready next week. It's possible that JRM will not play much the rest of the year. Without him and Kirkland, we are weak at linebacker. McDowell looks somewhat slow. And we are playing young corners, too, aren't we? And the DEs and Dtackles have not really impressed. Barnett and Vereen are one-dimensional--pass rushers. Where was Tuttle today? And KMac? He's ben a non-factor all year.

We are likely to get beat next week by texas a&m, which is certainly quite a bit better than georgia. Anybody who thinks we're going to keep pulling games out of our a$$ is deluded.

We have been depleted defensively so the answer is we don't stop the run. We desperately need someone to step up.

Outside edge run has killed us all season. Pretty much negates Barnette as a disruptive force in the backfield.

If we could play 4 quarters instead of the last 2, I would feel better about our chances. When you scores points in every quarter that help the D.

We didn't even play 2 quarters today. We had a total of about 10-12 minutes of solid game play.

Just happened to be that all of those minutes were at game-changing moments.
