How Come no incoming action in Portal?

Seeing teams like LSU, FSU, UGA and Michigan load up.

We've got DB and DE openings that would start right away.

I like the coach Heuple team building. As for the DE position I'm excited by what we have. With almost 1/4 of our team comprised of DBs I can't see signing more.
