He's a good kid. I like both he and Babi Mac. Two solid people. Hope they achieve their dreams.

I always liked the kid. He was clean cut, stayed out of trouble as far as we know and is a VFL.
He always had a smile on his face and seemed to enjoy life. Was he a stud on the court like his old man, no.

Most times dad's shoes are hard to fill. I wish him all the best in whatever he does and I believe we'll see him around Knoxville from time to time in the future.

I've had discussions with Jimmy Hyams about Renaldo during his Sophomore year. The discussion basically was, Renaldo didn't fill his "4-starred" expectations, he didn't practice hard and was more focused with a music career than a basketball career (sadly). I think if Renaldo stayed here one more year, things would've gone a bit differently if he had gotten more PT.

Sarcasm? Because the kid played for us as recently as 3 seasons ago. And have the University tons of pub through his musical stylings.
.... He played for us 2 seasons ago and would have played his 5th year here if we hadn't of signed Armani Moore, but we had no more scholarships so he tranferred over to USC.

Because he got an extra season from the NCAA and there were no more scholarships or roster spots left with the Vols. He had no choice but to go.

Agree and it is worth noting that his old High School is less than 20 miles from the USC campus.
