Realistically they should have let most teams keep 3 of 4 as permanents and then the 4th be someone new.

It’s very hard for me to ever count Florida out. I lived the Spurrier and CUM years. There’s too much history and talent in the state of Florida to ever write them off. They are, much like UT, a perennial sleeping giant.

This is true. Dammit. We would have played for and won several more Titles in the late 90s if not for Flarda. Still hate them more than any other team...and always will. GBO
